I keep changing my list of daily goals - changing the order and adding new goals. Sometimes I take goals out. If time goes by and I'm consistently not doing a goal, I will consider taking it out. Or maybe I just need to try something different or try harder.
A lot of the positive, helpful things I should do - for example, meditating and reading self-help books - I don't do. I took those things out but then later on I put them back but later in the list.
