Especially in the early days of my taper, I used to find it encouraging looking up websites for information about the benzo withdrawal timeline. They were all inaccurate but at least it was something. For all I knew, they weren't inaccurate and I could look forward to the measures of healing described. Even if the timing was out, they still described healing, which is something.
