I've stopped watching the helpful/ inspiring videos I used to watch about benzo withdrawal. I've stopped writing and reading affirmations. I don't try to meditate, relax, or practice mindfulness. I don't read self help books.....all of those things I used to do.
Instead, I write, I make art and designs, I run and do push ups, I cook, I have quiet times, I listen to music and watch videos, and lately I do a lot of list challenges. I read. I learn. I work.
